Many people have no idea the importance of getting your recommended amount of water each day which varies person to person. So often water is substituted with other beverages such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcohol, and other sugary drinks that are counterproductive in hydrating your body, and they end up taking water from your body’s reserves. The best way to hydrate is to drink water. Water should be one of the top priorities to an individual’s daily essential elements, next to air. Our bodies are 75% water (the brain is made up of 95% water, blood is 82% and lungs 90%, etc.) along with 2/3 of the earth consisting of water and supporting life itself.
